Time: Monday Nights @ 6:45pm-7:30pm at North River Road
When: Jan. 6 - Mar. 3, 2025 (8 Classes)
Capacity: 11 people
Improve your rowing and conditioning in the new year! Each class will be approximately 30-45 minutes and will include rowing technique work and a rowing workout.
Also included is an 8-week program with workouts to improve your aerobic capacity. There are 5 workouts per week, which are tailored towards improving your CrossFit conditioning leading up to the Open.

Now that we have finished our Olympic Lifting cycle to follow our strength cycle we move into a conditioning biased cycle for the next two(ish) months.
Here is just a reminder of what our programming looks like year round:
7-9 Week Block: Strength Biased Programming (early fall)
