782 Express

This December we will be trialing a new class in Stratford. “782 Express” will incorporate elements of CrossFit and high intensity interval training (HIIT), but without the use of barbells and higher skill gymnastics. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will benefit those looking to improve their anaerobic and aerobic conditioning with only a 45-minute time commitment! Express will be open to all 782 members and those interested in becoming members (no fundamentals required). Member feedback throughout this period is much appreciated to guide a full launch of this class in early 2025.

Where: 782 Athletics (Stratford location)

Class Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:15pm-1:00pm

Start Date: Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024

Cost: Free for those with 3x/week, unlimited, and student memberships

782 Row Club

Time: Monday Nights @ 6:45pm-7:30pm at North River Road

When: Jan. 6 - Mar. 3, 2025 (8 Classes)

Capacity: 11 people

Improve your rowing and conditioning in the new year! Each class will be approximately 30-45 minutes and will include rowing technique work and a rowing workout.

Also included is an 8-week program with workouts to improve your aerobic capacity. There are 5 workouts per week, which are tailored towards improving your CrossFit conditioning leading up to the Open.

Programming - Olympic Lifting Cycle

Now that we have finished our strength cycle we will move through a de-load week and then into our Olympic Lifting biased programming.
