Classes

We offer inclusive classes for members at every level. Each class is capped to ensure that people have enough physical distance while getting the individual attention they need.

 

How a Class is Structured

Each class starts with a briefing by the coach on the movements in the workout that day and how to do the workout itself.

The coach will then warm up the class gradually getting you ready to move and then doing some mobility (stretching, etc.) to make sure you can get in the optimal position for the exercises in the workout of the day (the WOD).

After that, the coach will review each of the movements going over the key points of performance and will also outline any strategies for the workout.

If there is a separate strength piece that will often come next, followed by the workout (sometimes referred to as metabolic conditioning or metcon for short).

The class will usually conclude with a mobility/stretching session to improve your overall flexibility and post workout recovery.
